For longer delivery times, I unfortunately can’t take responsibility for any delays out of my control, like customs delays etc.

Shipping Costs
I offer free shipping in Europe to make the process as easy as possible. If you want to order outside from Europe, please send a message and we will find a solution.
I offer standard insured mail with a tracking number. The tracking number and corresponding link will be attached in the confirmation e-mail that you receive once your order has been sent off. Please note that shipping time will vary depending on your location.
You also have the possibility to pick up your order in Munich or Berlin, Germany. Please send un email to make an appointment.
RETURN POLICY
Right of Revocation
Customers have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days without providing a reason (with the exception of custom-made items, which are final sale and non-returnable). The revocation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. The purchase price, minus shipping charges, will be refunded. Custom-made orders are non-returnable.
How-to
If you indent to return a product, please drop us a quick note before you ship it back to us. The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt, in the same original packaging and need to be shipped properly packed and trackable to your own charge. Note that the right of withdrawal is annulled if you use or damage the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly.
To exercise your right of revocation, you need to inform me with a clear and explicit statement (e.g. by letter, e-mail) about your intend to revoke this contract at:

If a returned item is shipped from a country outside the EU, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. Doris Mumhofer is not responsible for any customs charges regarding the returned parcel. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
When we have received the items and approved the return we will return to you all payments which we received from you except shipping costs, to your account within 14 business days.
Damaged goods
In the case of damages incurred by shipment, please send a photographic documentation and contact me right away.
